Lisa Clarke, MD, has worked for over 10 years in the HR field. Providing advice and support or undertaking projects for companies from 10 to 750 staff, she has a wide variety of experience. She set up Visualize HR after spotting a gap in the market for smaller companies who don't have the time or budget to undertake HR work themselves or employ someone full-time.

Lisa enjoys working closely with businesses to bring about positive changes, from improving current systems and finding solutions for difficult people management situations to undertaking policy writing or handling related admin.

She is professionally qualified to degree level and holds the Chartered Institute of Personnel qualification at managerial level.

Lisa also has links to a network of qualified HR staff so if she can't help, she knows someone who can.
